Built for commercial roofing contractors

Estimate by the square, sync by the budget line

ProBidCore lets roofing contractors price built-up, single-ply, modified-bitumen, and metal assemblies side-by-side, then push the winning estimate directly into the GC's Procore budget.

No credit card required. Cancel anytime during the trial.

What roofing contractors actually struggle with

The day-to-day pain points we built ProBidCore to eliminate.

Pricing 4 assembly options across 12 buildings is a spreadsheet nightmare

Most takeoff tools dump everything to Excel. ProBidCore keeps each assembly as a structured line item with WBS codes Procore understands.

GCs ask for the bid in their format, not yours

Stop reformatting your estimate three different ways for three different GCs. Push directly to whichever Procore project they hand you.

Change orders during install break the original budget

Re-syncing an updated line item PATCHes the existing Procore row instead of creating a duplicate — your audit trail stays clean.

How it works

Estimate, connect, push. Three steps, no spreadsheets.

1

Build assembly-by-assembly

TPO mechanically attached, BUR with insulation, modified bitumen — line each assembly with SF, unit cost, waste factor, and tear-off scope.

2

Map to the GC's WBS structure

Use 07-500 for membrane roofing, 07-600 for flashing, 07-700 for accessories — or whatever code structure the GC uses in their Procore template.

3

Push, log, move on

One click sends every line to the GC's Procore project. Sync log shows exactly what landed where, with timestamps for your audit file.

Who's using this

Roofing contractors use ProBidCore on commercial re-roofs, new construction, and TI envelope packages where the GC requires Procore-native budget submission.

FAQ

The questions roofing contractors ask before signing up.

Can I keep separate price books for different membrane manufacturers?

Yes. Use the project templates feature to save a Carlisle / GAF / Sika / Firestone assembly library and clone it into each new bid as a starting point.

How do I handle tear-off scope in the Procore budget?

Carry tear-off as its own line item under Division 07 (e.g., 07-01-00 Roofing Removal) so the GC can see it clearly. If you're bidding both tear-off and new roof, separate WBS codes keep the budget readable.

The GC uses a different WBS code structure on every job. How do I keep up?

ProBidCore lets you edit WBS codes on any line item before you sync. Review the GC's Procore budget template once, update your line items to match, and push. You can save those codes as a template for that GC on future jobs.

Do I need my own Procore account, or do I use the GC's?

You authorize ProBidCore using your own Procore credentials, then select the GC's company and project during the sync flow. You need at minimum a Procore account with budget write access on the relevant project — most GCs grant this as part of their sub onboarding.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. Build a real estimate, push it to your Procore sandbox or live project, and decide. Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your data stays exportable for 30 days. Export every project as CSV, keep your audit logs, and walk away clean. We don't hold your estimates hostage. The Procore-side data we pushed remains in Procore — it's your budget, not ours.

How is pricing structured?

Per-user monthly subscription on a 14-day free trial. No setup fees, no per-sync charges, no per-project limits. See the pricing page for current tiers. Volume discounts available for teams of 10+.
