Is the 14-day trial actually free?
Yes — completely free, no credit card required. You get full access to all Pro features for 14 days. If you decide it's not for you, just don't upgrade and you won't be charged anything.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no annual commitments on monthly plans. Cancel from your billing page with one click and you won't be charged again. No cancellation fees, no questions.
What does 'unlimited projects' mean on Pro?
Exactly what it says — no cap on the number of estimates or projects you can manage. Starter is limited to 5 active projects. Pro and Business have no limit.
Do you work with subcontractors?
Yes. Any contractor with access to a Procore project — GC, sub, or specialty — can use ProBidCore to push budgets. You just need your Procore login and the Project ID of the project you're linked to.
What if I don't use Procore?
ProBidCore is built specifically around Procore's budget module. A Procore account is required for the sync feature. If your company doesn't use Procore, we're not the right tool yet — but check back, as we're evaluating other platforms.
What is the Procore Project ID and where do I find it?
The Procore Project ID is the numeric ID in your Procore project URL: procore.com/123456/project/... It's required to link a ProBidCore project to a Procore project for live sync.
What Procore subscription is required?
Your Procore account must have the Budget module enabled. Most Core and Specialty Contractor plans include this. Check with your Procore Account Executive if you're unsure.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount. If you downgrade, you'll receive credit toward your next billing cycle.
What happens if the Procore budget is locked?
ProBidCore detects locked budgets before attempting a sync (HTTP 422 check) and shows a clear error message asking you to unlock the budget in Procore first. No partial writes occur.
How are access tokens handled?
OAuth 2.0 access tokens expire every 2 hours per Procore's spec. ProBidCore automatically refreshes them during sync operations using your stored refresh token. Tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.
