Connect Your Procore Account
Sign in to ProBidCore and click 'Connect Procore' to authorize the integration via OAuth 2.0. This grants secure, scoped access to your Procore budgets and projects.
Create or Import Your Estimate
Build line items manually, paste from a spreadsheet via CSV import, or start from a project template. Add WBS codes, cost types, quantities, and unit costs.
Link to Your Procore Project
Enter the Procore Project ID or import projects directly from your Procore account. ProBidCore auto-fetches available projects from your company.
Push to Procore
Click "Push to Procore" to sync all line items to your project budget. ProBidCore uses the manual calculation strategy so your pre-calculated totals are preserved.
