Yes. Use one ProBidCore project for the prime contract estimate and a duplicate for the design-assist scope. Both can sync to different Procore projects with separate WBS structures.
How do I handle Division 27 (low-voltage / data) and Division 28 (fire alarm) alongside Division 26?
Create line items with the appropriate division prefix for each scope. Many electrical subs bid all three divisions in one ProBidCore project and push to a single Procore project — the WBS codes keep each division's costs organized in the budget.
Material prices change between bid day and award. How do I update before syncing?
Edit unit costs on any line item at any time before the Procore push. If you've already synced once and need to update after award, re-sync — ProBidCore PATCHes the existing Procore line item rather than creating a duplicate.
What if the GC's Procore project has a locked budget?
