What plumbing contractors actually struggle with
The day-to-day pain points we built ProBidCore to eliminate.
Fixture counts change every revision
Update qty in one place; re-sync; the existing Procore line is PATCHed in place. No duplicate budget rows to reconcile.
Underground vs above-ground scope confuses the budget
Split scope by WBS code (22-100 underground, 22-400 fixtures, etc.) so the GC's Procore budget tells the whole story without an attached spreadsheet.
Medical-gas scope has its own approval chain
Track medical-gas scope as its own line item set with NFPA-99-aware notes; sync separately if the GC's Procore template requires it.
Estimate, connect, push. Three steps, no spreadsheets.
Build by system, not by fixture-count guess
Domestic water risers, sanitary mains, storm leaders, fixtures, water heaters, medical gas — each with its own WBS code and unit pricing.
Apply your standard cost loading
Labor crew rates, fixture markups, equipment, material — ProBidCore stores your standard markups so every estimate uses the same playbook.
Push to the GC's Procore project
One click. Every line item is timestamped, audit-logged, and PATCH-safe for change orders.
Who's using this
Plumbing contractors use ProBidCore on commercial offices, healthcare, multifamily, and lab/research scopes where the GC manages the project in Procore.
ProBidCore vs the way you're doing it now
The honest comparison. No "synergy" bullet points.
| What it takes to… | Excel + manual entry | CSV reformat for Procore | ProBidCore |
|---|---|---|---|
| Build the estimate | Hours per bid | Hours per bid | Hours per bid |
| Get it into Procore's budget | 2–4 hrs of re-keying | 30–60 min of cleanup | One click (~10 sec) |
| Handle a scope change mid-bid | Re-key affected rows | Re-export, re-clean, re-import | Edit + re-sync (PATCH-safe) |
| Avoid duplicate budget rows on re-sync | Manual diff | Manual diff | Automatic — built in |
| Audit trail of what was pushed | Email chain | Spreadsheet version history | Timestamped sync log per project |
| Reuse last project as a template | Copy/paste, hope formulas survive | Copy/paste + reformat | One-click duplicate |
| Setup time before first push | Already done | 30+ min per import | Under 5 minutes (one-time OAuth) |
Estimated time savings: 2–4 hours per bid. At $75/hr loaded PM rate, ProBidCore pays for itself after one project.

FAQ
The questions plumbing contractors ask before signing up.
Does ProBidCore handle medical-gas estimating?
ProBidCore doesn't perform NFPA-99 compliance review, but it tracks medical-gas line items with the same WBS structure as your other scope. Most plumbing contractors keep med-gas as its own line item set so the GC's Procore budget surfaces it cleanly.
How do I split underground and above-ground plumbing in the Procore budget?
Use separate WBS codes for each — for example, 22-11 for underground sanitary and 22-40 for above-ground fixtures. ProBidCore lets you assign any WBS code to any line item, so the split is visible in the GC's Procore budget without a separate spreadsheet explanation.
We bid commercial plumbing and sometimes fire protection as a package. Can we push both to the same Procore project?
Yes. Include Division 21 fire protection line items alongside Division 22 plumbing line items in one ProBidCore project and push them all at once. The WBS codes keep each trade's scope in the right part of the Procore budget.
The GC changes the fixture schedule after we submit. How do we update Procore without duplicating budget rows?
Edit the affected line items in ProBidCore and re-sync. ProBidCore uses PATCH semantics on existing Procore budget line items, so the existing rows update in place. No duplicate entries, no manual cleanup in Procore.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. Build a real estimate, push it to your Procore sandbox or live project, and decide. Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your data stays exportable for 30 days. Export every project as CSV, keep your audit logs, and walk away clean. We don't hold your estimates hostage. The Procore-side data we pushed remains in Procore — it's your budget, not ours.
How is pricing structured?
Per-user monthly subscription on a 14-day free trial. No setup fees, no per-sync charges, no per-project limits. See the pricing page for current tiers. Volume discounts available for teams of 10+.
