Built for HVAC and sheet-metal contractors

Equipment, ductwork, controls — one estimate, one Procore push

ProBidCore keeps RTUs, AHUs, ductwork, hydronic piping, controls, and TAB scope as separate Procore-ready line items under Division 23. Bid plan-spec or design-build in the same workflow.

No credit card required. Cancel anytime during the trial.

What hvac contractors actually struggle with

The day-to-day pain points we built ProBidCore to eliminate.

Equipment lead times keep changing the bid

Update unit costs and lead-time notes per line item; re-sync without creating duplicate Procore budget rows.

Controls scope gets bid as a black box

Break controls scope into discrete line items (controllers, sensors, programming, commissioning) so the GC's Procore budget reflects what's actually being installed.

Design-assist work needs a budget before drawings exist

Use ProBidCore as your working budget during design-assist; sync to Procore the moment GMP is set.

How it works

Estimate, connect, push. Three steps, no spreadsheets.

1

Estimate by major equipment + duct/pipe scope

RTUs, AHUs, chillers, boilers, VAV boxes, ductwork (LF + lbs), hydronic piping, refrigerant piping, controls, TAB — each with its own WBS code.

2

Use cost types the GC's PM expects

Equipment (E), labor (L), material (M), subcontract (S) — so the Procore budget rolls up by category without manual reclassification.

3

Push and lock the audit trail

Every sync is logged with a timestamp. Re-syncs PATCH existing lines, so change orders flow cleanly into Procore without duplicate budget entries.

Who's using this

HVAC contractors use ProBidCore on commercial offices, healthcare, K-12, lab, and industrial scopes where the GC requires Procore-native budget submission.

FAQ

The questions hvac contractors ask before signing up.

Can I bid sheet metal and piping as one or split scopes?

Either. Most HVAC contractors bid them as one ProBidCore project and use WBS structure (23-31 ductwork, 23-21 piping) to split the rollup in Procore. If you have a separate sheet-metal sub, create two ProBidCore projects and sync to two different Procore projects.

How do I handle equipment where the quote expires before award?

Update the unit cost in ProBidCore when the new quote comes in and re-sync. ProBidCore PATCHes the existing Procore line item — the budget stays current without creating duplicate rows or requiring a manual Procore edit.

We do design-assist GMP work where the scope evolves over months. How does ProBidCore help?

Use ProBidCore as your working estimate throughout design-assist. Push to Procore at each GMP milestone. Because re-syncs PATCH rather than duplicate, each push reflects the current estimate without cluttering the Procore budget with historical versions.

How do I separate controls and TAB scope from the mechanical scope in the Procore budget?

Assign controls scope to Division 23-09 and TAB scope to Division 23-05 (or whatever codes match the GC's Procore template). ProBidCore lets you assign any WBS code per line item, so the GC's PM can see each discipline independently.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. Build a real estimate, push it to your Procore sandbox or live project, and decide. Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your data stays exportable for 30 days. Export every project as CSV, keep your audit logs, and walk away clean. We don't hold your estimates hostage. The Procore-side data we pushed remains in Procore — it's your budget, not ours.

How is pricing structured?

Per-user monthly subscription on a 14-day free trial. No setup fees, no per-sync charges, no per-project limits. See the pricing page for current tiers. Volume discounts available for teams of 10+.
