Built for GCs who already use Procore

Estimating that ends in your Procore budget — not a spreadsheet

ProBidCore is the bid-management layer general contractors have been hand-rolling in Excel for years. Build the estimate, push it to Procore in one click, move on to the next bid.

No credit card required. Cancel anytime during the trial.

What general contractors actually struggle with

The day-to-day pain points we built ProBidCore to eliminate.

You estimate in Excel, then re-key into Procore

Every awarded job means another night your PM spends copying line items into the budget. ProBidCore eliminates that step entirely.

Subcontractor scope changes break your spreadsheet

One sub revises a number and your formulas blow up. ProBidCore tracks every line item with a stable WBS code so changes propagate cleanly.

Procore can't be set up until the project is awarded

Build your estimate in ProBidCore the day the bid invitation arrives. Push to Procore the moment the contract is signed — no setup delay.

How it works

Estimate, connect, push. Three steps, no spreadsheets.

1

Import or build your estimate

Paste from Excel, import a CSV, duplicate a previous bid, or build from scratch. WBS codes, cost types, qty × unit cost — exactly the structure Procore expects.

2

Connect Procore once

OAuth 2.0 login. Pick the company and project. Reuse the connection across every future bid for that company.

3

Push to budget, audit-logged

One click pushes every line item into the Procore budget with the correct WBS structure. Every sync is timestamped with item count and status.

Who's using this

Used by GCs running everything from $2M tenant improvements to $40M ground-up commercial projects on the Procore platform.

FAQ

The questions general contractors ask before signing up.

Does this work for design-build and CM-at-risk delivery?

Yes. ProBidCore is delivery-method agnostic — it just structures line items and pushes them to the Procore budget you choose. Use it on hard-bid, design-build, CM-at-risk, or progressive design-build engagements.

How do I handle subcontractor bid leveling before the Procore push?

Build a line item per trade package in ProBidCore and update the unit cost as sub bids come in. When you've leveled all subs and the estimate is final, push once. The Procore budget reflects your committed scope, not your working spreadsheet.

Can I use ProBidCore as my pre-award budget before Procore is set up?

That's the main use case. Most GCs can't create a Procore project until a contract is in place. ProBidCore holds the estimate from bid day through award, then pushes the final budget to Procore the moment the project goes live.

What WBS structure should I use for a mixed-trade GC estimate?

CSI MasterFormat is the most Procore-compatible starting point: Division 01 for general conditions, then trade divisions (03, 04, 05 …) for each subcontractor scope. Procore's company-level cost code segments let you configure this once and apply it across all projects.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. Build a real estimate, push it to your Procore sandbox or live project, and decide. Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your data stays exportable for 30 days. Export every project as CSV, keep your audit logs, and walk away clean. We don't hold your estimates hostage. The Procore-side data we pushed remains in Procore — it's your budget, not ours.

How is pricing structured?

Per-user monthly subscription on a 14-day free trial. No setup fees, no per-sync charges, no per-project limits. See the pricing page for current tiers. Volume discounts available for teams of 10+.
