Is ProBidCore an official Procore-integrated app?
ProBidCore uses Procore's published REST API with OAuth 2.0, which is the standard integration method Procore recommends for third-party tools. ProBidCore is a Procore Technology Partner with a Marketplace application in progress. The integration works today using standard Procore credentials.
How is connecting ProBidCore to Procore different from a CSV import?
CSV imports are manual: you export from your estimating tool, format the file, then upload it to Procore — and re-do it every revision. ProBidCore pushes directly via API: one click, all items, correct structure, every time. Re-syncs PATCH existing rows automatically.
What Procore permissions do I need?
Your Procore user needs budget write access on the target project. The specific Procore permission level required is 'Admin' or 'Standard' on the Budget tool. Most GCs grant this during sub onboarding.
Is my Procore data safe?
ProBidCore stores only the OAuth tokens needed to push to Procore, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. ProBidCore reads the minimum Procore data needed to operate (company list, project list, WBS codes) and does not store or transmit your Procore project data.
