ProBidCore

Sync your estimate to the Procore budget in one click

ProBidCore connects your estimate to the Procore budget module via Procore's REST API. Every line item — WBS code, cost type, quantity, unit cost, and description — lands in the right Procore budget row the moment you push. Re-syncs PATCH existing rows instead of creating duplicates, so the audit trail stays clean through every revision.

What's included

Everything you need to go from estimate to Procore budget in one workflow.

Direct Procore API sync

ProBidCore posts to the Procore Budget API, not a CSV import. Items land under the correct WBS codes with full cost-type detail on the first push.

PATCH-safe re-syncs

When scope changes, edit the line item in ProBidCore and re-sync. The first push creates the Procore budget row; every subsequent sync PATCHes it. No duplicates.

Budget lock detection

ProBidCore checks the Procore budget lock status before every push. Locked budgets fail loudly — never silently write partial data into a locked budget.

Audit log on every sync

Each push is recorded with a timestamp, item count, and status. You always know what version of your estimate is live in which Procore project.

Works across GCs

Connect to any Procore company and project your GC gives you access to. Manage multiple GC connections from one ProBidCore account.

Cost types the PM expects

Each line item is tagged with labor, material, subcontract, or equipment cost types so the Procore budget rolls up correctly without manual reclassification.

One-click Procore sync

Push every line item with a single button. PATCH-safe re-syncs on every revision.

OAuth 2.0 secure

Tokens auto-refresh. No passwords stored. Audit-logged on every sync.

Any GC's Procore project

Connect to any company and project your GC gives you budget write access on.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about ProBidCore.

How does the Procore budget sync actually work?

ProBidCore uses Procore's REST API with OAuth 2.0 authorization. When you push, ProBidCore reads your estimate line items and either creates new Procore budget rows (first push) or PATCHes existing rows (re-sync). Items are matched by an internal ID stored from the first push, so re-syncs never create duplicates.

What happens if the push fails halfway?

ProBidCore logs the status of every item. If a push fails partway through, you'll see which items succeeded and which failed, with error detail. Retry the failed items without re-pushing successful ones.

Can I push to multiple Procore projects?

Yes. Connect to multiple GC Procore companies and projects. Each ProBidCore project maps to one Procore company/project pair, but you can have as many mappings as you have active bids.

Does Procore need to be set up before I can push?

You need a Procore project with a budget module enabled and budget write access for your Procore user. The GC's PM typically sets this up as part of the sub onboarding process.
