Is ProBidCore an official Procore add-on?
ProBidCore connects to Procore via Procore's published REST API using OAuth 2.0 authorization. ProBidCore is a Procore Technology Partner with a Marketplace application in progress. You can connect today using your existing Procore credentials over Procore's official OAuth API.
What does the Procore budget push actually send?
ProBidCore sends each line item as a budget line with WBS code, cost type (labor, material, subcontract, equipment), quantity, unit, unit cost, and a description. The GC's PM sees a complete, structured budget — not a lump-sum placeholder.
What happens if the GC's Procore budget is locked?
ProBidCore checks the budget lock status before every push. If the budget is locked, the sync fails loudly with a clear error rather than silently writing partial data.
Do I need my own Procore subscription?
You need Procore credentials with budget write access on the target project. Most GCs grant subcontractors budget access as part of their onboarding process. You do not need to be a Procore account owner yourself.
